1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PinPilot (“the Service”), operated by Rank Development Sp. z o.o. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PinPilot is an AI-powered Pinterest automation platform that helps users generate, schedule, and manage Pinterest pins. The Service includes AI content generation, pin scheduling, analytics, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis with various plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.
• All plans include a free trial period. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

5. Credits and Usage

• Each plan includes a set number of pin credits per billing cycle. One credit corresponds to one AI-generated pin.
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage to prevent abuse.

6. Pinterest Integration

• The Service interacts with Pinterest through their official API. Your use of Pinterest is subject to Pinterest's Terms of Service.
• We are not affiliated with Pinterest, Inc. and make no guarantees about the availability or functionality of the Pinterest API.
• You are responsible for ensuring your Pinterest usage complies with Pinterest's community guidelines and policies.

7. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by our AI tools is provided “as is.” You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the underlying intellectual property of any source materials.
• We are not liable for any claims arising from AI-generated content, including copyright or trademark issues.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate or distribute misleading, harmful, or illegal content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions.
• Spam Pinterest or violate their platform policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PinPilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poznań, Poland.
